Postage

To me, posting your order is the equivalent of you getting in your car and driving to a scrapbook shop – you would incur the cost of petrol and general running of your car. Many of us though don’t have the option of a local scrapbook shop, especially if you are in a rural or remote region.

Shopping online offers you MORE! You can shop anywhere, anytime you like AND wear anything you like!

Please complete all purchase transactions via the online shop where you can then select from the following postage options:

NB all postage will be via Australia Post

• Flat Rate Postage charge for all orders - $7.45
• Optional Registered Post - $2.30 in addition to flat rate

** Postage rates were increased in May 2011 due to a hefty price increase from Australia Post. It was a difficult decision to increase the postage as I realise this is a hefty part of your purchase however this increase was not something that I could avoid. Thank you for your understanding **

I will package your products in the most safe and secure way possible, however I accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post. Registered post is highly recommended.

Certain products may be especially heavy (e.g. die cutting machine) however when these items are displayed in the shop there will be information given at that point about any additional postage charges that may be applicable.

International customers are welcome, however please do not proceed with check out until you have contacted me directly for a specific postage quotation.

Express post is not offered as an option as I will be posting the goods from locations that do not fall within the Australia Post Express Post postcodes for next day delivery and so would not be of benefit to you.

I aim to have your order posted within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Please note I will only post Monday – Friday.

Please make your payment by going directly through PayPal, or processing a Direct Debit directly to my shop account. Money orders and bank cheques are also welcome.

Returns & Refunds

Please be aware that I do not offer any returns or refunds UNLESS you receive a faulty item. Should this occur please contact me immediately with details of the problem so we can negotiate the return and replacement of the item. Refer to the postage information for further details regarding the handling of your parcel.

Layby Facility

A layby facility is available for orders over $50.00 (excl postage). This option incurs a $1.00 non-refundable surcharge and is for a maximum period of 1 calendar month from the date of check out. You are required to make an initial payment of $25.00 and then regular payments until the order is fully paid. Any orders not paid in full after 1 calendar month will incur a late fee of $2.00.

Please note, the layby facility is ONLY available for payments made via DIRECT DEBIT.

I completely understand that during these tight times, it is difficult to keep affording supplies for your hobby, so I hope that this layby facility is of benefit to you and your budget. I trust that the facility is used by customers appropriately.
