Costings & Payments

1. DEPOSIT - $100 due by end of April 2011 - may be paid in installments if required
2. PAYMENT PLANS - TBA
3. FINAL PAYMENT DUE - 6 weeks prior to our retreat (Friday 17th February 2012) - no exceptions
We are budgeting on $300 per person for the whole weekend. This includes 2 nights accommodation at a 4-star rated property (including all linen), use of facilities, all meals (self catering) - Friday night dinner & supper, Saturday breakfast/morning tea/lunch/afternoon tea/dinner/supper and Sunday breakfast/morning tea/lunch.
As stated previously, when our numbers are confirmed I will be able to provide an exact costing and, hopefully, maybe bring the cost down. I do not expect it to exceed $300 at this stage.
Please note ALL retreat payments MUST be paid by either DIRECT DEBIT or you may send a CHEQUE directly to me. PayPal is not available for retreat payments. Thank you for your understanding.
