On a sad note however, you may have noticed Liz's name missing from beside Amanda's for the Mystery Box Challenge and no pretty card either. Unfortunately, the lovely, talented, beautiful Liz Weber has finished her term with us here at RES and is pursuing her own business making & selling her stunning creations. So I would like to THANK her personally with all my heart for all her efforts and support during the time on the Creative Team. I know she wont be a stranger though and I wish her all the very best xxxxx.

Another month is here and with it, another newsletter packed with lots of news and information.

First up however, is all the goss from our very first Red Earth Scrapping Retreat held this weekend just past. Actually, I cant spill all the goss, what goes on tour stays on tour y'know ...

Here we are, what a gorgeous bunch 'eh!

And yes, we had a very young scrapper join us for part of the time, the dear little Monique, Renee's daughter.

By all accounts I think everyone had a fabulous weekend - the venue was beautiful and inspiring, the weather was perfect and I think everyone enjoyed the catering.

I had the most wonderful weekend - all the hours and hours of preparation was well worth it, to meet and share with this group of very special scrappy friends was rewarding in itself. So I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making the effort to travel, and support Red Earth Scrapping.

Anyone keen to do it again next year ...???

So now that retreat is over, I am madly doing a full Stocktake and updating stock numbers so please bear with me over the next few days while I do this inbetween my family and farm business committments.

The exciting news is that there is (finally) LOADS of new stock here!!!

Did you notice that we are once again presenting all our monthly challenges at the beginning of the month, just as you asked.

Amanda and Liz have cooked up a storm this month - aren't their samples amazing. They are so very different yet they've used the same core ingredients.

Our first sketch for the month is this one.

You can interpret the sketch any way you like - twist it, turn it, flip it, use part thereof, but our added criteria is you MUST include some journalling, more than just a name and date. Get those details and memories, thoughts and feelings on to your page for future generations to appreciate.

We are now just a few weeks away from our first ever Red Earth Scrapping RETREAT!!! I am super excited and I know the girls attending the retreat are excited too. It will be a fabulous weekend of fun, relaxation, and perhaps a little crafting thrown in too.
